Check Out These Amazing Spoken Word Poetry Videos of Talented Nigerians

Weeks ago, a friend of mine confessed he had suddenly found himself so in love with my kind of spoken word poetry.
"Even those white guys weh dey your phone no thrill me like your own" he expressed.

He had gone through my video collection in search of more spoken word poems but was consequently disappointed so he came to confess.

I think I understand his plight. Being a Nigerian, he's wired to enjoy something more engaging especially when it is perfectly served.

I know many other loved ones of mine who think I'm virtually the only one doing spoken word poetry in Nigeria. Lol. Maybe because I was probably the first to introduce the Art to them.

I've done a collection of  links to some awesomely spoken poems by beautiful spoken word artistes who happen to be Nigerians. Please check them out by clicking the link immediately after each screen shot.
I personally like them. But in no particular order of personal preference, I present:

Speaking Into The Void By Titilope Sonuga
Live performance
Children of The Narm By Caleb Femi

I Count By Enigmatic

 Black by Arch Angel
